Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule within 45 days of your event, certain costs may apply, such as perishable or special-order items and delivery/restocking fees. We’ll always work closely with you to find the most flexible and fair solution.

How does the billing process work?

Payment Terms:
A mobilization down payment is required to begin work. For commercial projects, 90% is due upon completion of each suite/section, with the final 10% due at project completion and approval.

How can I get a Pro Discount?

We offer Pro Discounts for commercial accounts, repeat clients, and industry partners. Discounts are applied directly to your project estimate or invoice.

Discount Tiers:

  • 5% off – First-time commercial clients or trade professionals (with business registration or trade license)
  • 10% off – Repeat clients with multiple projects in a 12-month period
  • 15% off – Long-term contract clients (maintenance agreements, multi-property projects, or annual partnerships)

We also extend exclusive vendor savings through our partnerships with suppliers such as Behr® Paints and Home Depot Pro Desk, ensuring you get both quality products and competitive pricing.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Yes. We provide a detailed invoice/contract once your order is confirmed, and a paid receipt after payment is processed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, and business checks.
  • Duplicate Copies: If you need additional copies of invoices, contracts, or receipts for your records or accounting department, we can resend them anytime.
  • Business Records: All documents are formatted for accounting and tax purposes.
